I have always had a natural love for organisation and high standards, and truly believe a clean, well-cared-for space brings calm, comfort, and balance to everyday life. I come from a close, loving home with my husband and two children, which has shaped my values around care, trust, and consistency.
My name is Jasmine Setia, Founder & Director of Nova Organic Cleaning, a business I proudly launched in 2022. With a Master’s degree and a background in accounting, I bring structure, attention to detail, and strong systems into every part of the business. After moving from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, I recognised a genuine need for reliable, eco-friendly cleaning services—especially for NDIS participants and aged care clients who require extra care and understanding.
What began as a small idea has grown each year. Supported by a dedicated team of professional cleaners and our Client Relations Coordinator, Jodie, we deliver regular housekeeping, carpet steam cleaning, and licensed pest control with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and personalised service.
